Warranty Coverage

All Paragon products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. That covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (proof of purchase required). Repairs, replacement parts, and serviced devices are further backed by a 90-day warranty that covers hardware issues. Not included are damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, unauthorized alterations, or commercial use.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase for damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items. Items must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging, along with a return authorization form (available through this same request form above). Size exchanges require you to cover shipping both ways unless the error was ours; after 7 days, a 20% restocking fee applies. We recommend using a trackable carrier, as Paragon isn't responsible for items lost in transit.
