The Viking series units are primarily 12V DC, designed to draw reliable power directly from the racecar's electrical system and can be easily secured using a dedicated Viking Tray or by custom-mounting to the chassis. The Arctic Wolf soft-sided coolers often use a long-lasting rechargeable battery for maximum portability and fast deployment. They offer flexibility for mounting in tight spaces or on the passenger seat.
The system uses specialized, insulated Guardian Hoses (available in various lengths) to maintain water temperature. Connection is fast and secure via quick, dry disconnects (Male/Guardian Connectors), allowing drivers to plug in and un-plug instantly without spilling coolant.
